FAQsIs this legal?
Yes. This retreat operates under Oregon’s legal psilocybin services program with licensed facilitators. Each participant must complete a safety screening to qualify.
Do I need prior psychedelic experience?
No. Many women attend with no previous experience. You’ll be supported before, during, and after the journey in a safe, trauma-informed setting.
What if I'm on medication?
Some medications (especially SSRIs or antipsychotics) may interfere with psilocybin or be unsafe. We’ll review this during your intake to make sure it’s a safe fit.

Your fee covers lodging, meals, legal psilocybin journey, group integration, yoga, breathwork, sound therapy, and all guided activities. Travel is not included.
Can I come with a friend or co-worker?
Yes! Many women attend with someone they trust. We’ll still ensure you each have space for your own personal experience.
What if I cancel or can’t attend?
A nonrefundable $500 deposit is required to hold your spot. The remaining balance is due by September 12, 2025. If an emergency arises, we’ll do our best to accommodate you for a future retreat, but no refunds are guaranteed.

Why I Do This Work

I’m the founder of Hero Heal Foundation, a nonprofit committed to trauma-informed healing for veterans, first responders, and survivors.I do this work because I’ve lived through the darkness — and found my way back to the light. There was a time I didn’t know healing was possible. Trauma had shaped my body, my relationships, my worldview. I searched for answers in therapy, medicine, achievement… but nothing reached the parts of me that had been buried for decades. That changed when I entered sacred, intentional space with plant medicine. In that space, I found not just relief, but remembrance — of who I truly am beneath the pain. I discovered a capacity for peace, clarity, and connection I had never known. And I knew I had to help others find their way too. This work is not a career — it’s a calling.
It’s for the woman who serves others but forgets herself.
The one who holds it all together — at work, at home, in uniform — but feels like she’s unraveling inside.
The one who’s seen too much, carried too much, and is finally ready to let some of it go.
It’s for the woman who is ready to meet herself — with honesty, courage, and compassion.I hold this space with deep reverence, trauma-informed training, and lived experience.
Whether you're seeking clarity, healing, or simply a reset — you're not alone.
This is your invitation back to yourself.
